Bleedy Support

Open DATA in Bleedy to export a backup or choose a backup file to validate and restore.

Bleedy validates the file and shows an import preview before replacing local data. The current backup format is plain JSON and is not encrypted, so store backup files somewhere you trust.

Open Bleedy and check the notification-health message on the Dashboard. If notifications are disabled, use Enable Reminders or Open Settings when shown.

After notification access is restored, Bleedy rechecks configured subscription reminders. Your device's operating system may still delay notifications because of battery or background restrictions.

Bleedy does not cancel a provider subscription for you. Cancel the service with the provider first, then return to Bleedy and use Confirm Cancellation only after the provider cancellation is complete. This keeps projected and realized avoided-spend records tied to an action you have confirmed.

Bleedy does not require an account or provide account-based cloud sync for your core subscription records. If you are changing phones, export a backup from the old device and restore it on the new device before deleting the original data.

Core subscription tracking remains local-first. Currency metadata and exchange-rate estimates use public network data when refreshed. If the rate service is unavailable, Bleedy can continue showing native-currency amounts and may use previously cached rate data where available.

Restoring a previously cancelled subscription resumes its current subscription lifecycle. Existing realized history is preserved, while future reminders are rebuilt for the current device rather than reusing old device notification identifiers.
